Hi! My name is Sumi and I am a counselling therapist working with Nova Village NS to provide free counselling and mental health assessments to parents, couples and families with children/youth under the age of 19 and pregnant people. We also offer perinatal counselling (pregnancy to 24 months after birth) under the Halifax Maternal Wellness Program. I utilize different evidence-based modalities such as CBT and SFT to help you achieve your goals. Sessions are offered Mondays 10am-2pm and Wednesdays 3-7pm.
